This page is the universal Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for Goodnight Fox and its apps. These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply to Goodnight Fox websites, related subdomains, online shopping experiences, digital downloads, applications, email programs, and other services that link to this page (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read the applicable sections below. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Services and any content, products, or resources made available through them.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase, create an account, join an email list, or submit information through the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Educational content and adult supervision
Goodnight Fox provides play ideas, printables, learning tools, and related content for parents, caregivers, educators, and other adults. The content is for general informational and educational purposes and is not medical, psychological, occupational-therapy, speech-therapy, safety, or other professional advice.
Adults are responsible for deciding whether an activity or product is appropriate for a particular child, reviewing age guidance and instructions, checking materials for hazards or allergens, and providing suitable supervision. Stop using an item or activity if it is damaged or unsafe.
3. Permitted use of the Services
Goodnight Fox grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for lawful personal or internal educational purposes, subject to these Terms.
- You may: browse the Services, save content for your own reference, and use purchased or free resources within the license supplied with the resource.
- You may not: copy, scrape, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, publicly post, or commercially exploit Service content unless Goodnight Fox gives written permission.
- You may not: interfere with the Services; bypass access, security, or download controls; upload malicious code; impersonate another person; or use the Services in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
4. Accounts and communications
If an account or saved library is offered, you are responsible for providing accurate information and safeguarding your sign-in credentials. Notify Goodnight Fox promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.
Transactional messages may be sent when needed to fulfill a purchase, deliver a resource, manage an account, or respond to you. Marketing email is optional; you may unsubscribe using the link in an email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary transactional messages.
5. Orders, prices, and availability
Product descriptions, prices, promotions, inventory, and availability may change without notice. Goodnight Fox may correct errors, reject or cancel an order, limit quantities, or request additional information before accepting an order. If a paid order is canceled after payment, the amount charged for the canceled item will be refunded using the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing time.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, and accurate delivery and contact information unless the checkout page states otherwise. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or availability.
6. Digital products and licenses
Digital products are licensed, not sold. The product page, included file, or separate license controls how a particular resource may be used. Unless a different license is stated, the purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, noncommercial use by one household or one classroom.
- Do not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or give away source files or printable files, whether altered or unaltered.
- Do not use Goodnight Fox artwork, templates, or files to create products for sale or to train an artificial-intelligence system.
- Do not remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
- Access and download instructions may depend on the email address supplied at checkout. Keep your own lawful backup after download.
Refund eligibility for digital products is governed by the refund policy shown at purchase and applicable law. Because downloadable files cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, digital purchases may be nonrefundable once accessed or delivered except where law requires otherwise.
7. Physical products, shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title will transfer as provided by applicable law and any shipping terms shown at checkout. Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by the policy presented in the online shop at the time of purchase. If these Terms conflict with a more specific shop policy, the more specific policy controls for that transaction.
8. Intellectual property
The Services and their content — including text, illustrations, photographs, graphics, product designs, downloads, logos, page layouts, and software — are owned by Goodnight Fox or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. “Goodnight Fox,” related names, logos, and brand features may not be used without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Service content or grants a license beyond the limited rights expressly stated.
9. Feedback, reviews, and submitted content
If you submit a review, comment, photo, testimonial, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. Do not submit a child’s personal information or image unless you are authorized to do so and understand how it will be used.
You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant Goodnight Fox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate the feature where you submitted it. Promotional use outside that context requires separate permission unless the submission flow clearly says otherwise.
10. Third-party services and affiliate links
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, payment services, social platforms, shipping providers, and other tools. Goodnight Fox does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy notice.
Some links may be affiliate links. If you make a purchase through an affiliate link, Goodnight Fox may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay.
11. Promotions and giveaways
A contest, giveaway, sweepstakes, referral program, or promotion may have separate official rules. Those rules control if they conflict with these Terms. Promotions are void where prohibited.
12. Service changes and availability
Goodnight Fox may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including a feature or free resource, at any time. Goodnight Fox does not promise that the Services will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Goodnight Fox disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goodnight Fox and its owners, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from the Services or these Terms, even if advised that such damages are possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Goodnight Fox for the item or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event, or 100 U.S. dollars. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Goodnight Fox and its owners, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Goodnight Fox’s own conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. Goodnight Fox may suspend or terminate access if it reasonably believes you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or misused the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and indemnification provisions — will survive.
17. General terms
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission; Goodnight Fox may assign them in connection with a reorganization, sale, or transfer of the business or Services.
These Terms, together with any product license, checkout terms, promotion rules, and policies incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement concerning the subject matter they cover.
18. Changes to these Terms
Goodnight Fox may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” will be revised when changes are posted. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by email when appropriate. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Goodnight Fox collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the Services, make a purchase, request a download, join an email list, contact Goodnight Fox, or otherwise interact with the business.
1. Information collected
Information you provide
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and similar details.
- Order and transaction information: products purchased, order value, discounts, delivery details, return or refund information, and transaction status.
- Account and library information: login details, saved resources, preferences, and account activity if an account or resource library is offered.
- Communications: messages, customer-support requests, survey responses, reviews, feedback, and other information you choose to submit.
- Marketing preferences: email subscription status, interests, and interactions with messages.
- Submitted content: photos, comments, testimonials, or other content you intentionally provide.
Payment-card details are collected and processed by payment providers. Goodnight Fox generally receives transaction status and limited payment-related information rather than your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser data: internet protocol address, device type, browser type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from internet protocol address, and device identifiers.
- Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, time spent, downloads, search activity, cart and checkout events, and interactions with emails.
- Cookie and similar-technology data: information stored or read through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar tools.
Information from other sources
Goodnight Fox may receive information from ecommerce and website platforms, payment providers, shipping and fulfillment providers, analytics services, email providers, social platforms, referral or affiliate partners, and publicly available sources. The information received depends on your settings and the third party’s policies.
2. How information is used
- Provide, personalize, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Process orders, payments, downloads, returns, refunds, shipping, and customer support.
- Create and manage accounts or saved-resource libraries.
- Send transactional messages and, with the required permission, marketing communications.
- Measure traffic, engagement, email performance, and the effectiveness of content or promotions.
- Remember preferences and maintain cart, account, and session functions.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and violations of terms.

3. Legal bases where required
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, Goodnight Fox relies on one or more of the following: performing a contract with you; taking steps you request before a contract; legitimate interests such as operating, improving, securing, and promoting the Services; complying with legal obligations; and consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Services may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention, and marketing. Essential technologies support functions such as security, account access, shopping carts, checkout, and saved settings. Analytics technologies help Goodnight Fox understand how the Services are used. Marketing technologies may measure campaigns or help show more relevant messages.
You can adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some Services may also display a cookie or privacy-preference tool. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted uniformly; where required, Goodnight Fox will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals.
5. How information is disclosed
Goodnight Fox may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Service providers: website hosting, ecommerce, payment processing, fraud prevention, email delivery, analytics, customer support, cloud storage, shipping, fulfillment, and professional services.
- Business and advertising partners: partners that help measure referrals, campaigns, or advertising, subject to applicable law and available choices.
- Authorities and legal recipients: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, enforce agreements, or respond to lawful process.
- Business-transfer recipients: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of the business or assets.
- At your direction: when you ask Goodnight Fox to disclose information or consent to a specific disclosure.
Goodnight Fox does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain analytics or advertising disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Where those laws apply, you may opt out as described in “Your privacy rights and choices.”
6. Data retention
Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing Services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, accounting, security, or reporting obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the relationship, legal requirements, and operational needs. Information may be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed.
7. Data security
Goodnight Fox uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Use a unique password where an account is available and notify Goodnight Fox if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Children’s privacy
Goodnight Fox creates products and content for adults to use with children. Shopping, email signup, account, and contact features are intended for parents, guardians, educators, caregivers, and other adults — not for children to use independently. Goodnight Fox does not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent or another lawful basis.
Parents and guardians should not allow a child to submit a name, email address, photo, precise location, or other personal information through the Services. If you believe a child submitted personal information without appropriate permission, contact Goodnight Fox so the information can be reviewed and deleted as required. A child-facing feature may provide an additional notice; that notice controls for the feature if it gives more specific protections.
9. Email and marketing choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a message or contacting Goodnight Fox. Requests may take a reasonable time to process. You may still receive non-marketing messages about purchases, downloads, accounts, security, or customer support.
10. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, portability, or information about collection and disclosure. You may also have rights to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied request.
To make a request, email goodnightfoxstudio@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and describe the right you wish to exercise. Goodnight Fox may need to verify your identity and request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but proof of authority and identity verification may be required. Goodnight Fox will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Some information may be exempt from a request, and some requests may be limited or denied where law allows — for example, to complete a transaction, maintain required records, protect security, or preserve another person’s rights. If an appeal right applies, instructions will be included in the response.
11. International use and transfers
Goodnight Fox is based in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where service providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, appropriate transfer protections will be used.
12. Third-party links and services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites, social platforms, payment services, and tools. This Policy does not govern a third party’s independent practices. Review the privacy notice of any third-party service you use.

TinyGlow
TinyGlow is the Goodnight Fox iPhone photo app for moms. The sections below apply to the TinyGlow app. Direct link for app-store submissions: goodnightfox.com/terms-privacy#tinyglow-privacy.
TinyGlow Privacy Policy
TinyGlow processes photos and videos on your iPhone. The app does not require an account and contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
Your photo library
With your permission, TinyGlow reads photos, videos and associated library information to show recent eligible items, create filtered copies and save them into a Photos album. It does not modify or delete your originals. Exported copies preserve the original capture date and location information when available. TinyGlow does not request your device’s current location.
TinyGlow does not upload your photo library to servers operated by GoodnightFox. Apple’s Photos and iCloud services may download originals or sync saved copies according to your Apple settings. Those services are governed by Apple’s policies.
Information on your device
TinyGlow stores processed asset identifiers, identifiers of exported copies, interrupted-save records and album preferences locally. These records support organization and prevent repeat processing while your history is retained. Temporary media files are used during export.
You can change or revoke Photos access in iPhone Settings. Removing the app removes its local app data, subject to Apple’s backup and restore behavior. Copies already saved to Photos remain until you delete them in Photos. Removing or restoring app data may affect duplicate prevention.
Support and beta feedback
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, device details and attachments. We use it to answer your request and investigate the issue, using our email service provider. Please only send photos or screenshots you are comfortable sharing. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence; some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
For TestFlight versions, Apple provides beta testing, diagnostics and feedback services. Feedback you submit through TestFlight may be available to us under Apple’s TestFlight terms and privacy practices.
Sharing and tracking
The TinyGlow app does not sell your personal information, track you across other companies’ apps or websites, or send your photo library to advertising services. Information voluntarily sent to support may be processed by service providers needed to handle the request or disclosed when legally required.
This website
This policy describes the TinyGlow iPhone app. Visiting the GoodnightFox website opens a separate Squarespace-hosted service, which may use cookies, analytics and other website services. The app’s on-device processing statement does not describe website browsing or information you voluntarily submit through website forms.
TinyGlow Terms of Use
TinyGlow is provided by Goodnight Fox for your personal, noncommercial use. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
- Your content: you must have the right to access and edit the photos and videos you process in TinyGlow.
- Permitted use: use the app’s features as intended. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the app’s software, filters, or artwork, and do not use the app in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
- Beta versions: TestFlight or other pre-release versions are provided for testing and feedback and may be incomplete or unstable.
- Availability: Goodnight Fox may update, modify, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TinyGlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Goodnight Fox’s total liability relating to the app will not exceed 100 U.S. dollars. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
BookWorm
BookWorm is the free Goodnight Fox reading-tracker web app at bookworm.goodnightfox.com. The sections below apply to BookWorm. Direct link: goodnightfox.com/terms-privacy#bookworm-privacy.
BookWorm Privacy Policy
BookWorm helps kids and parents track books read, pages read, and reading goals. It is free; there are no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Information you provide. BookWorm stores the library information you enter: book titles, authors, cover images, page counts, reading progress, goals, wishlist entries, and any recommendations you share. If accounts are offered, BookWorm stores your sign-in details and preferences.
Barcode scanning. If you scan a book barcode, your device camera reads the code on-device to look up the book. BookWorm does not store your camera images.
Affiliate links. BookWorm is supported through Amazon affiliate links. If you tap a book link and make a purchase, Amazon shares limited referral information under Amazon’s own privacy practices; Goodnight Fox may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
What BookWorm does not do. BookWorm does not sell your personal information, show third-party advertising, or share children’s reading data with advertisers. BookWorm is intended for parents and families to use together; children should not create accounts or submit personal information without a parent or guardian.
Your choices. You can edit or delete your library entries at any time. To request deletion of your BookWorm data, email goodnightfoxstudio@gmail.com with the subject “BookWorm Deletion Request.”
BookWorm Terms of Use
BookWorm is provided by Goodnight Fox free of charge for personal, noncommercial use. By using BookWorm, you agree to these terms.
- Book data: book details come from barcode databases and user entries and may be incomplete or inaccurate; Goodnight Fox does not guarantee the accuracy of any catalog information.
- Accounts: if accounts are offered, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity under your account.
- Permitted use: do not scrape, copy, or redistribute BookWorm’s catalog or content, interfere with the service, or use it in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
- Availability: Goodnight Fox may modify, suspend, or discontinue BookWorm or any feature at any time.
